Do you need help with a booking, are you unsure as to what information is needed?
To ensure a smooth booking and invoicing process, we kindly ask you to clearly state the following information in your freight bookings.
General information
- port of loading and port of discharge
- date of departure
- address of invoice receiver + VAT number (name or number of your Finnlines customer account)
- your reference number if that needs to be stated in the invoice
- Finnlines offer number
- consignor, consignee, notify
